Ingredients
- 2 pre-made flatbreads (or naan bread)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- ½ cup Caesar dressing, plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup croutons
- Optional: Cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over each flatbread.
