Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 cup ice (or frozen milk cubes)
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (+ extra for garnish)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of granulated sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prep Cereal Infusion (Optional): Combine 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup milk. Let sit 15-60 mins, then strain. Use infused milk in step 2.
- 2. Combine Ingredients: Add 1 cup milk (or infused milk), 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, and optional cinnamon/sugar to a blender.
- 3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until completely smooth and thick, scraping sides as needed.
