Instructions

  • Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash and thinly slice cucumbers (peel if using regular garden cucumbers and deseed if necessary). Place in a colander, sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, toss, and let sit for 30-60 minutes to drain excess water.
