Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 6 cups mixed greens (romaine, spring mix, spinach)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup dill pickle chips, chopped
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- For the Burger Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Optional: ½ tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

- Prepare Your Meat: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease if desired. Set aside.
- Build Your Base: Divide mixed greens among four serving bowls. If using, add a layer of cooked quinoa or roasted sweet potato cubes over the greens.
- Add Your Toppings: Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly into each bowl. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped dill pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, smoked paprika, and optional apple cider vinegar or lemon juice until smooth.
