Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz) package fresh or frozen tortellini (cheese, meat, or spinach)
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
- Optional: fresh chopped parsley or basil, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, toss the tortellini with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned tortellini in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the cooked tortellini back to the bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and optional fresh herbs, and toss to combine. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
