Ingredients
- 1 large English cucumber, sliced
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella (balls or log), drained and sliced/torn
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch rounds or half-moons. Halve the cherry or grape tomatoes. Drain and slice or tear the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces. Roughly tear the fresh basil leaves.
