Ingredients

- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (approx. 1–2 lemons)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard until the honey is fully dissolved.
