Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream, very cold
- 2–3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar, plus more to taste
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon Pink Food Coloring (optional)
- 2 cups (480ml) Prepared Lemonade (homemade or good quality store-bought)
- Ice
- Lemon slices, mint sprigs, or raspberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a very cold mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. If using, add pink food coloring during the last few seconds of whipping until just combined.
- In a separate pitcher or large glass, prepare your lemonade base. If making from scratch, combine fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness/tartness.
- Fill your serving glasses with plenty of ice. Pour in the prepared lemonade, filling each glass about two-thirds of the way.
- Carefully spoon or pipe the whipped pink cream over the top of the lemonade.
- Garnish with a fresh lemon slice, a sprig of mint, or a few raspberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
