- ½ cup cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 3 oz (6 tbsp) light rum (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- For garnish: fresh pineapple wedge, fresh raspberries, cocktail umbrella

- Gather Ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are chilled and ready. Prepare your serving glasses by chilling them in the freezer.
- Combine in Blender: Add pineapple juice, cream of coconut, light rum (if using), frozen raspberries, and ice cubes to a powerful blender in that order.
- Blend Until Smooth: Start on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and frosty, with no ice chunks remaining. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
