Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cool whip, thawed
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned (drained)
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced (add just before serving)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice (for banana browning prevention)

Instructions

  • Prepare Fruit: Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry. Slice strawberries, halve grapes, and cut pineapple into bite-sized pieces. If using bananas, slice them just before combining with the dressing, optionally tossing with 1 tbsp lemon juice to prevent browning.
