Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Peel bananas and slice them into thin, even rounds (1/8 to 1/4 inch thick) using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
  • In a medium bowl, gently toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil. If using, add maple syrup/honey and cinnamon, tossing until evenly coated.
