- 2–3 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prep the Fruit: Wash, hull, peel, and cut all desired fruits into uniform, bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Whisk the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey until the honey is fully dissolved. Stir in the optional chopped mint.
- 3. Combine and Toss: Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruit. Gently toss to ensure all fruit is evenly coated.
