Ingredients

  • 68 oz leftover cooked salmon
  • 1/2 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt (or softened cream cheese / sour cream)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Finely diced celery, bell pepper, or spinach

  • Prepare Creamy Base: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or chosen creaminess base), Dijon mustard, 2/3 of the lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Combine Flavors: Stir in the chopped fresh herbs and any optional aromatics (like grated onion or garlic powder) into the creamy mixture.
