Description

Transform yesterday’s salmon into a crispy, flavorful pizza in minutes! This recipe features a creamy dill-lemon sauce, flaky salmon, and melted mozzarella on a super-crispy tortilla crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 large (10-inch) flour tortilla
  • 46 oz cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 23 thin slices red onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp capers, drained (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
  • In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, fresh dill, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Carefully place the tortilla on the hot baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  • Distribute the flaked salmon over the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add red onion and capers, if using.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the tortilla edges are golden and crispy, and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
