- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed (like Cool Whip)
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, very well-drained
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
- Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13 inch dish. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
