- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 (10-12 oz) pre-made angel food cake, torn or sliced
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for garnish/texture)
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: In a medium bowl, toss sliced strawberries with about 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to macerate.
- Whip Cream Cheese Frosting: In a large, chilled mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add cold heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
