Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
- Optional: 1/2-1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, to taste
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds
Instructions
- Add milk to your blender.
- Add peanut butter and banana.
- Add frozen mixed berries and any optional sweeteners or add-ins.
- Blend on low, gradually increasing speed to high, until completely smooth and creamy.
- If too thick, add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, and blend.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
