- 1/2 cup to 1 cup (approx. 70-140g) ice cubes
- Optional sweetener: 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or a few drops of stevia (to taste)
- Optional add-ins: handful of spinach, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 frozen banana
