These Simple Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs are a tangy, creamy, and crunchy twist on a classic appetizer. Perfect for picnics, parties, or just a delightful snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • Optional: paprika or extra fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop the yolks into a medium bowl and place the egg white halves on a platter.
  • Mash the yolks thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
  • To the mashed yolks, add the mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, finely diced dill pickles, fresh dill, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture evenly into the egg white halves.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or additional fresh dill, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
