Ingredients

  • 8 all-beef hot dogs
  • 8 hot dog buns (brioche or potatoおすすめ)
  • 1/2 cup sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Score hot dogs: Make several shallow diagonal cuts on both sides of each hot dog.
  • Prepare sauce: In a bowl, whisk sriracha, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  • Bake first round: Place scored hot dogs on the baking sheet. Brush half of the sauce over them. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
