Sweetheart Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 18-24 strawberries

Description

Indulge in these delightful no-bake Sweetheart Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries, a perfect blend of fresh fruit and creamy cheesecake. They’re quick to prepare, impressive to serve, and absolutely bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large, firm fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz full-fat block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Prep the Strawberries: Wash and hull strawberries. Using a small spoon or paring knife, gently scoop out enough of the center to create a cavity for the filling.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Pipe the Filling: Transfer filling to a piping bag with a star tip (or a Ziploc bag with a snipped corner). Pipe generously into each strawberry cavity.
  • Prepare the Crumb Topping: In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add graham cracker crumbs and toast, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly golden (3-5 minutes). Let cool.
  • Assemble and Finish: Dip the filled end of each strawberry into the cooled graham cracker crumbs, or sprinkle them over the filling. Arrange on a platter and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results.
  • Prep Time: 20 mins
  • Cook Time: 5 mins (for toasting crumbs)
