Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (approx. 25-30g)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Optional: 1/4 – 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, starting with the orange juice and Greek yogurt, then adding the frozen fruits and protein powder.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no fruit chunks remaining. Use a tamper if necessary.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more orange juice; if too thin, add a few more frozen fruit pieces or ice cubes and re-blend.
